I asked about pricing then next thing I know I received a bill from Jerome mini storage that stated I owed 2 months of rent for a storage that I didn't even rent out after I asked why they told me it was because when I contacted them about pricing and said i wanted it ( even though I didn't say that) they could've rented it to someone else.. would give 0 stars if I could.
