First thing: I believe this office is always out of network, since they're not in any insurance networks. Dr. Hester used a less modern method of turbinate reduction on me in 2020 (microdermabrasion) and caused me Empty Nose Syndrome. Now I am stuck with a lifelong debilitating disease. This is unacceptable for an ENT and should be career ending.
Absolutely elated! I am picky about who I consider excellent Doctors and the minute I met Dr. Hester I knew he was different (in a great way). He knows his stuff given how easily he explained so much of what was happening to me with regard to my ENT issues. Not only did he explain it but was realistic - some issues were fixable, a couple were not particular good candidates for easy fixes. All good to know (at least for my personality). Dr. Hester is a renowned specialist, a good listener and excellent communicator. He swiftly diagnosed my problem and explained clearly how we could take care of it now and what to do if it recurred. Spacious light-filled offices with friendly staff, appointment made easily. I feel completely confident and relieved about the care I received. Highly recommended!
