I received therapy at Jerome for a few years as a result of a mental health court in West Palm Beach. A lot of the staff behaved rude and disrespectful, and uncaring. Treated like a piece of garbage. Very unprofessional except for a few employees and a few of their doctors

I was a volunteer patient, who was forced to revoke my volunteer status because I tried to write a report stating how their staff were abusing the patients. The only way I got out was my family threatening to call the police and get a lawyer.

Absolutely horrible place. I was suicidal and checked myself in voluntarily. in 2015. I had no insurance so I could not be choosy. They put 4 beds on the floor in one big room and kept the lights on all night. I complained about the noise and was told they could not do anything about it. Nasty night techs. Nothing to do all day, no groups. So glad this place shut down. I wouldn't send my dog there.
