Emergency situation...called..told will get back to you in about an hour...this was at 9:10 am Recalled the office at 2:30 pm and asked about the call...was told maybe tomorrow..then I told them they lied to me about getting back to me and never even called to say they could not find anyone to help me today...asked for office manager...was told on other call and would call me back..Never did. If this is representative of what you can expect from this firm STAY AWAY!
