Management is pretty cool (as long as you stay calm and polite) and broken stuff is usually fixed pretty quickly. Not to mention that it’s right downtown so it’s really convenient to a lot of stuff to do

The hallways in this place are a mess...
I lived there for 5 years and am glad I got out, some aren't as fortunate and have died there. The building itself is dirty - the carpets throughout are filthy, the floors aren't vacuumed or mopped regularly except for in the Community Room, and the building has a severe infestation of rodents. The rent they charge is far too high for the condition of the building and the apartments. To top it all off, the manager isn't a nice or decent person.
