I lived there for 5 years and am glad I got out, some aren't as fortunate and have died there. The building itself is dirty - the carpets throughout are filthy, the floors aren't vacuumed or mopped regularly except for in the Community Room, and the building has a severe infestation of rodents. The rent they charge is far too high for the condition of the building and the apartments. To top it all off, the manager isn't a nice or decent person. Location is great- downtown Scranton. Apts are nice size. Party room use on 1st floor included. My friend apt was on top floor,7th and overlooking the Times building lights. Hallway rugs I think need replacing. Otherwise great deal.
