Very disappointing experience, especially after driving over 30 minutes specifically to try this restaurant. I had seen several negative reviews on TikTok mentioning poor customer service. Many of the reviews also mentioned that they were frequently out of food items and did not always maintain consistent business hours. We decided not to judge the restaurant based on those reviews and wanted to give it a fair chance for ourselves. Love this place! Food is amazing and the customer service is great as well. The chef gave us a great experience and extra effort to make sure we enjoyed our visit. 10/10 recommend!
Nice atmosphere inside as far as aesthetic, but not welcoming customer service with the lady working was not the best, she was irritated & unwelcoming, Was very excited to try this Jerk spot for the jerk because i’m a Chicago native & our jerk is bomb in the city, high hopes to be highly disappointed with food quality ordered a jerk dinner & it was all bone literally no meat , very sweet rice with peas not good at all, cabbage was the only thing good, wouldn’t ever go back social fooled me with this one hopefully they can do... read more
