Used to come here all the time, but this place has gone downhill. Not only was the customer service really bad, since the cashier lady was obviously having a bad day, but the 2 oxtail plates we ordered with plantains and a drink that cost almost $80 were not hitting the same as they used to. Also, plantains were pretty expensive to only get two undercooked slices. I don’t know if this place is under new management or what, but that was most definitely my last time going there.

Don’t waste your time coming here, terrible service. Employees act like you are bothering them when you come in to support business. I’m a local chef and always love to show support to struggling businesses. There is a reason your business is struggling, customer service is what is lacking. Highly recommend evaluating staff, cause you his place has potential!
