Best oxtails I had in a very long time I'll be back
I feel like they were emotionless I waited for a whole hour for my food and didn't get my coke when my food came I would go back for the oxtail that's pretty much it
Rude customer service. They didn't have my meal ready/pretended they never received it, but they were just poorly organized. I ordered for work and because they didn't have it ready they agreed to deliver it. But, they delivered it 45 mins after my event ENDED! To make matters worst, the food was AWFUL. The rice was hard, macaroni and cheese was a brick with no cheese, veggies were not cooked and the chicken wasn't seasoned. Hostess was very nice, but I waited 35 minutes for my takeout order. No salmon...Then, got my order wrong..Food was just ok..Nothing special. .
The vibe at Jerk is awesome. There were good jams playing all through dinner, and made me dance in my seat. On top of that, the oxtail here is amazing. Dine-in, take-out, it's all good.
I wanted oxtails that everyone raves about. They were sold out. I settled for curry chicken. It had no flavor not even a little. The white rice was way to soft for my liking. The host didn't even acknowlegde that i walked in. I ask the server for white meat only. There was only one white piece of meat on my plate and the rest dark meat.
