Awesome Doctor. Hard to get an appointment in person but does video calls often.
They lack in the following areas: care, providers, nurses, the whole team lacks. If you have a concern don’t expect to be listened to or taken seriously. Really pathetic practice especially the providers and the nurses calling to communicate between patient and provider lacking full insight and proper knowledge.
40 minutes waiting for a video call because my 77 year old client couldn’t get in in-person. Staff claims that the Dr’s prior appointment took 1 hr 10 minutes, which would be highly unlikely in my experience. Felt like we were lied to. Took five minutes to make medication changes and it was over. Western medicine is a joke.
Dr Johnson is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my 27 years of living. I have been seeing Dr. Johnson around 5 or more years now and I’ve got nothing but positive things to say about him. He’s diligent, he truly cares about his patients and getting them to understand their diagnosis’ as well as he is never rushing off or making you feel like a nuisance. He listen's, gives thought process before any diagnosis and very accurate, explains when you need it verbally, written and draws examples. His support staff very responsive. MY doctor now 2yrs!
