Better management especially after the flood of Sept. 8-9, 2018. Jericho has not resolved any issues with residents, and my elderly mother has to find other housing. I agree with Verdell Thompson's post, the flood was a disaster and they have ripped out many apartments (drywall, carpet, etc.). Management is not equipped to handle such a calamity. Many elder residents, including my 85 year old mother, are misplaced.
It was Very Nice & Cozy...I'm making Plans to be A Resident in the Near Future...If God is Willing...Amen...
I love the community the living space is huge, but the parking is terrible and it's a lot of vandalism on the parking lot. I can speak on this because my husband was one of the victim's.

Why was a man losses life right outside of the loading dock of this building where The elderly live and the news said this was not a random act prayers watch God !! Why did my clients scared to death call me let me know what was going on and is scared for my safety to come to this complex!!
