Horrible service, shoddy upkeep. I stopped in the Jericho Nursery on Alameda and 4th midday on a Wednesday. There was no other car in the parking lot so you would think that someone could wait on me. Nope. Went into store area. Clerk and someone else ( owner or manager) talking and completely ignored me. When I asked for assistance I was directed to the yard but no one walked me out to find what I wanted. All they did was say where to find things. Their lot is a maze but I was supposed to find what I needed. The plants looke... read more

Perhaps you missed the new plant material, like pansies, a nice selection of houseplants, a variety of shrubs, roses and some trees, that just arrived this week. This is the time of year where many plants look peaked as a result of too much time in pots and an aggressively hot summer, so we were happy to get some new items in. Everyone at Jericho is amazing! We get our Yule tree here every year. This year Keith came and they gave him his own little tree from trimmings and decorations for the tree and a pumpkin! He had an amazing time. Thank you!
I have to reluctantly give Jericho a poor rating. I recently bought a product from here that I picked up by mistake. When I immediately tried to exchange the product, I was told that the mistaken product would actually work better. Well it didn't. They offered me 40% off the product that I originally wanted, which I have bought from Jericho before. I will probably not be back because of this. Hope it was worth the $11.
