I will have to piggy-back off a lot of reviewers here. They will find a reason to keep all of/part of your security deposit so be sure to factor that in when touring the property. We ignored the dead mice under our heaters, anchors in the wall in our bathroom, and many other issues when switching units that I regret not documenting. Justification for the one-star being the nice walk around the property and being dog-friendly. Document everything.
I lived here for a bit …the first few years were great! Then my wonderful neighbor above me moved out …they moved partying people in above me who refused to put down rugs as stipulated in your lease. When I asked if this was done they just kept telling me yes…then it came to light that they did not and the young men upstairs couldn’t afford area rugs …they even asked if I had any I wanted to donate…then they broke a pipe at 11pm at night on 05/31/2018… the night they were moving out… my apartment was raining inside …No one b... read more
Renters be ware! The grounds might look nice but the apartments are dingy, dated and management is terrible. They will keep your security deposit for any reason they see fit regardless of the length of your stay, parking is virtually nonexistent and hot water is always an issue in the winter. Beware of potential hidden charges, read every word of the lease and if you sign it then it's on you. The warnings in the reviews are very clear. There are better places to live that are much nicer. I moved into Jericho Manor July, 2021. I must say I love my new home. The grounds are enchanting and the complex is well managed. Tami, the property manager is a Rockstar. She is professional, informative and vested in the integrity of Jerico Manor. I give this review a two thumbs up.
So excited to live here! Such a gorgeous woodsy area. apartments are so cute and the facilities are kept very clean!
