The WORST dental experience I have ever had! Where to begin... Let's see: Two permanent crowns that were placed in my mouth fell out. When I questioned why this happened, Dr. Rick Munter, of Jericho Dental, asked me what type of cement was used? Why he asked me, I'll never know... Isn't this info supposed to be written in my chart? He didn't apologize for the inconvenience, either. That would have been nice. After capping most of my teeth, I suffered TMJ symptoms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dentist is very gentle and caring. I felt absolutely no pain during all of my procedures. I highly recommend them
