The staff separates children from their parents as standard policy. We made it through the new patient paperwork and office tour before this was communicated (they said the policy is in their online paperwork and was also emailed or mailed. I was never asked to fill out online paperwork and did not receive anything through email or mail). We are at the beginning of a bit of a journey with Dr. Jerger and his staff but the first appointment was such a surprise to me, I know we are in good hands. They did everything to reassure me that they could handle my kiddo -- even when I was sure that he is an extreme case of fear and the came out and told me he opened right up and did awesome. The staff and Dr. Jerger were excellent with my 3 year old’s procedure. Everything was explained ahead of time. She came out with no tears and loved her prizes! I appreciated Dr. Jerger’s follow-up call over the weekend just to check on our daughter. Just an overall great experience!
