You couldn’t ask for a more understanding, compassionate, and accommodating dentist!
My 3 year old son had his very first dental appointment today. I was so nervous taking him but I am so happy I chose this office. From the time you walk in and out you are greeted by amazing and friendly staff members. The best part is the tour given at start to personally meet everyone. I will highly recommend this office and look forward to more appointments in the future.
The staff separates children from their parents as standard policy. We made it through the new patient paperwork and office tour before this was communicated (they said the policy is in their online paperwork and was also emailed or mailed. I was never asked to fill out online paperwork and did not receive anything through email or mail). I am not comfortable with this policy, and now my son has not received the dental care he needed and I took time off work that was wasted.
