So far the experience has been quite positive. My kid unfortunately had cavities, and from a family dentist we were going to, we were recommended to go here for further support. I really appreciated the team explaining their practice and how they would support my kid. Dr. Bret sat down with me to go over X-rays in more detail than I’ve ever had a dentist do for me. Our son had a dental emergency, and Dr. Jerger called me personally at 7:30pm to discuss what we needed to do. They got us in the very next morning to address the issue and did a wonderful job fixing it. The staff and Dr. Jerger were so wonderful! They made my son (age 7) feel so at ease, and the facility is so nice. I highly recommend this practice, and we will definitely be back!
$75 per child to be put on the schedule. Decided to not schedule after reading reviews. Not interested in places that place the comfort of the dentist over the comfort of children. Just because it's always been done, doesn't mean it's not bad policy. Minors cannot advocate for themselves, so requiring them to be seen without an adult is a risk to the child that's your company policy.
I been having the hardest time finding a dentist for my 6 year old son , the whole entire staffing team made us feel welcomed from start to finish
Always supportive of the parents as well as the child. Best staff ever!
