From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. My son has anxiety so we was nervous he got called back we went with for a tour then they send dad and I back to the waiting room we were updated he was fine after his appt he came out all smiles and the whole way home he talked about how cool it was they have gaming systems and different things to do and the dr was the best ! 10/10
My son, Parker, has been a patient of Dr. Jerger for almost 30 years. He has disabilities and not just any dentist takes patients like Parker. The assistants take great care of everyone and treat them with kindness and respect. I'm grateful for Dr. Jerger keeping Parker as a patient all of these years so he can have great dental care!
When my daughter was 8 years old she broke off a huge part of her front permanent tooth on the monkey bars at school. Dr Bret Jerger fixed it and told us it would last about five years then, she would need a crown. She is now almost 34 years old and her current dentist says it’s good and he is quite impressed. Dr Jerger is the very best. We went in and she was so scared but came out all smiles! And a beautiful smile!
Have to say I am so pleased with this office. Excellent care that Dr. Bret and his staff continues to give. My boy always has a smile going in and coming out. He had to have a lot of work done and they are making it painless and easy on him. I was worried about not being able to be back there with my child, but he does wonderful. They make him feel so comfortable and not afraid. Definitely 100 percent recommend.
One of the worst experience that we had with Dr. Jerger. He is the only pediatric dentist in Decatur and that is why he has leverage to be rude with parents and be very harsh and hard on kids. My kids had the horrible experience with him where now they are scared of going to any dentist. No courtesy at all and very unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend him at all.
