Jerger Window Fashions repaired a broken drapery from another store at a very reasonable price. They were very responsive and helpful. I love that they are family owned. Next time I buy blinds or draperies, I'll definitely go there. They did an excellent job and I wish I had found them sooner.
We purchase from Jerger a very specialized window treatment for our living room and our experience with this company keeps getting better. The windows in my living room are super large in both height and width (We need a 10-foot ladder to change out or charge a battery), 6 windows in all, motorized that blocks out all light where the room is becomes pitch black when the shades are closed (We have a very large caged parrot that lives in the room and if he doesn’t get his sleep he makes our live’s miserable). I cannot say enough good things about this family-owned business (but I'll try). I have worked with them for over 20 years at different homes and they always come through for me. The latest issue was trying to fit my blinds over new patio style doors. It involved fitting the blinds next to VERY close crown molding and they made it happen. Professional, dependable and oh so helpful.
I'm very happy with the work they did with the drapes in my unit. The living room tends to get colder in the winter and noisy in the summer, so these are very useful and look really nice :) They also were patient with me as I took my time with the fabric decision and waited for when I was ready to start the work.
