Professional and courteous.
Fernando was great! I’m relatively handy, but I still made some mistakes in trying to fix my water heater. He told me what I did wrong and how I could fix it myself. He gave several options for what I could do myself and what he could do for me. Hardly charged me anything for his time. This will be my go-to company for anything like this in the future.
Fernando, arrived earlier than anticipated which was better for me. He kept to his price quote that he had given us the last time he was here about two Months. He took his time,never rushed,was very through,answered all my questions for upcoming needed work. Did not try to up sell. Cleaned the bathroom cleaner than what is was when he arrived.
