I can readily admit that my visit with Dr. Zipin and Nurse Janie was handled with exemplary care from start to finish. I was so impressed by Dr. Zipin’s expertise and the thoughtful way he addressed all of my concerns. What truly stood out was how he took the time to sit down beside me and thoroughly explain all of my treatment options, making me feel fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. Out of all of the ARC doctors that I see in all the different locations I go Dr Z is the only one that I feel comfortable with that. I can trust his information that he provides who doesn’t sugarcoat anything and keeps it real with me. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things to me Thoroughly. I also love that he hears me out. And I don’t feel rushed when I see him. I love his bedside manner and appreciate his personality
