Just relocated to the Houston area, & purchased a home. We received a homestead package, which included warranty on home and appliances to be serviced for upkeep with a small co-pay. Our a/c unit stopped blowing cold. Jeremy himself came out to service our unit. He replaced a valve and refilled the freon. Then informed me that it would be the small copay plus an additional $150 to clean the coil in our attic. I paid the copay, but not the additional.
