My first experience with this medical group was a huge disappointment. Each time I call, I am on hold for a minimum of eight mins. before having to hang up and call back. My first visit I spent almost an hour with the PA. He spent more than half of that time complaining about his job, complaining about the rules he has to follow. I was seeking a practice that was not so overwhelmed with business they really didn't have time to address your needs. Jeremy takes time to listen, make recommendations and refer as needed. I have several issues and he speaks to each one each time.
