The office for Jeremy Walser is #1 but for the worst service. I was their customer for 2 years. My account was on good standing with auto pay. They dropped my auto pay and never notified me causing a lapse of insurance. They claimed that my bank rejected the payment. I obtained proof from my bank showing that a payment was never processed by state farm and chase never declined it. The office staff was still unwilling to help.
