I emailed this realtor regarding a rental property for lease in Las Vegas, Nevada, inquiring whether they accept assistance for the first and last month’s rent payment through a charity program in the area. I even provided the realtor with the program’s phone number for verification. When I followed up, the realtor responded, stating that no such program existed, despite they do 100% and I have an email from Hopelink confirming that the program does, in fact, exist. What an amazing experience we had working with Jeremy. We met him at an open house and I immediately knew I’d be working with him to find my new home. We were not ready right away to purchase as we were in the process of moving over states and he was great with random check ins and making sure we knew he was there for us when we were ready.
