Hi , I feel fortunate enough to have been assigned to Dr. Jeremy Sugrue for my health condition. I was extremely impressed and have decided to seek his guidance for my entire issue. He is highly skilled, compassionate and very polite, while listening to patient updates. I have never met such a humble doctor in my entire life. I am currently under his care and am very happy and confident that I will fully recover from my issue. Highly recommendable !!!!
Lack of Privacy and Degrading Experience. Today I had a scheduled visit with Dr. Sugrue at the Naperville location. This was my first interaction with Dr. Sugrue and his nursing staff. The first nurse who took my vitals was very welcoming, kind, and professional but the rest of the visit was deeply uncomfortable. Dr. Sugrue took my issues seriously after other surgeons did not. He explained the issues and the treatment plan in clear terms that didn't feel rubber stamped or rushed. His genuine care and attempt to understand my situation matched with a diagnosis and treatment plan led to a quick recovery. After months of tests and visits, Dr. Sugrue stepped in and provided much needed answers and care that finally resolved my chronic pain.
Dr. Sugrue was my surgeon last year. He performed a robotic colon resection and I had perfect results. Not only is he an amazing surgeon, but he is kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Sugrue because I trust him.
Excellent bedside manner and care for his patients.I had a great experience with Dr. Sugrue. He is a very compassionate individual that took my concern very seriously. I felt very well cared for through out my visit and am very grateful for his care and knowledge. This is a doctor that truly cares for his patients with a high level of empathy and sincere professionalism.
