Updating this review. I previously left a poor review because I had a bad experience in which Dr. Spiegel thought I started seeing him just to get his sign off on medical leave from work. I was having a hard time with a previous psychiatrist’s regimen and wasn’t sleeping. I wasn’t myself, I believed I needed time off to recalibrate, and was told by my boss that my situation qualified. Dr. Spiegel is kind, supportive, and a great listener that excels in his work. He worked with me to come up with a system that perfectly addressed my needs and concerns. His office staff is also personable and responsive. Rates are reasonable as well! Would highly recommend!
