Scheduling was super easy, and the price I was told on the phone was exactly what I paid after the work was done. Horrible experience absolutely horrible. No one came supposed to come at 8:30 still 2:15 I kept calling asking to ask if they would come and two people from the company hung up on me. Horrific rude insane.
Bryson and Preston were fantastic! They were both very polite, professional, and friendly, which helped put us at ease. My husband and I are seniors and weren’t able to prepare much before their visit, but they let us know that wasn’t a problem at all. They did a thorough job, and our carpets look incredible now!
