Preston and Bryson showed up exactly when they said they would and finished cleaning our carpet in less than an hour. The carpet in our master bedroom looks and smells amazing now. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the service and definitely plan to use Jeremy & Sons Carpet Cleaning again for our next cleaning. This was hands down the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a service company. Jeremy & Sons showed zero respect for my time. After confirming the appointment, they didn’t show up — not once, but twice — and didn’t even bother to call or notify me. I had to follow up multiple times with no real response or accountability from their end. The lack of reliability and responsibility is absolutely unacceptable. Our carpets seem clean, but they did not tell us the differences in pricing for the different levels of cleaning.
i've used carpet cleaning companies for years, and they are still just as great as i remember. preston and bryson were very polite and did an amazing job on my carpets. we even shared a laugh because i had tried to clean the carpet myself and left soap behind, so what looked really dirty was just leftover soap! it turned out to be a wonderful experience. the guys were awesome, and i will definitely use them again.
Jeremy & Sons Carpet Cleaning has done a great job keeping our carpets spotless and fresh. As a childcare center, it's so important for us to have clean, sanitized carpets for the kids. Bryson always uses safe, non-toxic products that work well and are gentle for the little ones. The cleaning is always thorough, and we really appreciate the extra care. We are happy customers and always look forward to our next carpet cleaning!
