The initial job was last spring when he installed new padding, repaired, and restretched our carpet due to water damage in our home here in Kannapolis. His partner skillfully resewed a carpet seam as part of the project and the result was so seamless that you wouldn't know it had ever been damaged. The proprietors are cordial and proficient. They mended and cleaned my carpet that had been subjected to my husband's dog and a party. Now, it looks like it just came from the store. Trenton is diligent and dedicated, while Bryson is exceptional at managing the schedule. Despite my last-minute request, he managed to fit me in. I will definitely be using their carpet cleaning services again in the future in Kannapolis.
