Preston and Bryson were both fantastic. They were always willing to work around my schedule whenever they came to my home in Kannapolis. After our cat had a few accidents, they quickly arrived to treat the spots with a cleaning solution and returned later to finish the job. They cleaned our couches, all the carpets upstairs and downstairs, and even took care of the area rugs. Very friendly and professional service. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. My carpets and furniture have never looked better!
Preston and Bryson showed up exactly when they said they would and finished cleaning our carpet in less than an hour. The carpet in our master bedroom looks and smells amazing now. This was hands down the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a service company. Jeremy & Sons showed zero respect for my time. After confirming the appointment, they didn’t show up — not once, but twice — and didn’t even bother to call or notify me. I had to follow up multiple times with no real response or accountability from their end. The lack of reliability and responsibility is absolutely unacceptable.
