I never write reviews but am compelled to do so after being billed $360 for a less than 30-minute zoom consultation. Dr. Jeremy Shulman answered my questions about a sleep apnea mouth guard, and there were no issues during the conference. I had no knowledge about the device, and he explained what it could do to help with my mild sleep apnea. Had a zoom interview where Dr Shulman who informed me his stuff was better than CPAP. Then I received an email explaining how his office does not take medicaid (they knew I have medicaid before the zoom meeting). I just received a medicaid bill saying medicaid paid them $166.92 of tax payer money to added to my wasted time.

From the first call to my appointment meeting Dr. Shulman was great. I have never had a doctor spend as much time as he did. The office staff was so helpful with my insurance and my oral device makes me feel like a new person. Thank you Dr. Shulman and staff.

This office will not accept my secondary insurance, anthem's, EOB. They turned me over to collections.The office owes me a reimbursement according to my EOB's. I was treated disrespectfully by an office employee, she said, "tuttles, do what you have to do." Dr. Shulman apologized for her behavior. My secondary insurance company rep called this office on my behalf, and the office will not accept the "contractual agreement" of my EOB allowed by Anthem.

Treated me with an oral device for my Sleep Apnea. Great Doctor and staff.. i was treated like a patient not a number. Thank you
