Jeremy has been an amazing resource for my patients. As a chiropractor it is a great help to my patients to have someone as knowledgeable and caring as Jeremy to help unblock and rebalance old injury patterns which allows them the ability to stay in alignment for longer periods of time. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy through a close friend referral who just like me thinks of him highly. I have had so far a couple of sessions where we discussed on health strategies and practical ways to get there. And more importantly had acupuncture for the first time which at first did not seem like anything out of the ordinary was happening. I recently visited Jeremy for a Somatic Acupuncture session and had such a powerful experience. Jeremy used acupuncture points as well as his soothing voice in a guided meditation bringing me to a state of deep relaxation. He then helped with some big choices that I have to make in my life by calling each scenario in and paying attention to how this made me feel emotionally and physically. Chinese medicine was new to me. Healing, healing, healing! Jeremy provides a safe space for me to discuss day to day struggles I encounter. He has the ability to help me connect the the chatter in my head to the effects it can cause on the body. Through this, I am able to quiet the noise and not let it get in the way of being present (which is a constant struggle at times). I leave each session relaxed and recharged.
