We couldn't be more happy with Jeremy Oxley Roofing services. They were very prompt in providing a quote to replace our roof, in answering our questions, and in completing the job. They did an outstanding job and the roof and details are just beautiful. They were also so considerate of our yard. They went above and beyond to make sure our yard/patio/driveway was free from any debris. I live out of state and needed a rental roof repaired. Jeremy was quick to accept the insurance covered repairs and quick to assess and make a very reasonable estimate. I felt secure and safe to have him take care of the job and felt satisfied when it was done. His completed work meant no loss of rent or water damage due to winds. Mr. Oxley came to my house to look at my roof for damages. He listened to my questions and gave me all the information I could want. I chose for him to do the work and could NOT have been more pleased. He was able to do the work a little earlier than expected and right on budget. I will tell everyone about Oxley Roofing and if I need a roofer in the future I will call Oxley Roofing!
Today Mr. Oxley reroofed my roof. The roof had some soft spots and a couple of rotton spots. He replaced those at no cost. Durring the job my service pole fell over from rot. He went out of his way to get me a new pole and restore my utilities. He wasnt obligated to fix it but he did non the less. Other contractors bid on the job and they were close but they didnt notice the soft spots or rotton boards. I just had Jeremy do a tear off and install Certainteed Landmark in Colonial Slate. My house looks absolutely wonderful. I called him, he came out when it was CONVENIENT TO ME, took his time to explain things to me and gave me a fair price. I had called a couple other (so called roofing contractors) to get an estimate, only to be stood up time and time again. I would recommend Jeremy to anybody, his work ethic was second to none.
