Good luck to anyone stuck with this practice. The Dr. seems ok. It is the set up they use or patient/office communication. They use a third party to answer and you cannot get through to speak to anyone , just through their portal with the robots. I am firing them today.

I made an appointment for a yearly wellness exam which is no cost to the patient. Dr. Nebeker felt the need to do unauthorized procedures that I was not aware of would be covered now I have received a bill for a doctor visit that should have cost me nothing

I moved to AZ in ‘99 and had the same PCP for over 15/yrs before he retired. It was difficult pivoting from a private practice model to the Honor Health/Village Medical style conglomerates in terms of how health care is managed and received. I bounced around from a few different providers before I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Nebeker, who I have been seeing for a few years now. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Glad to have a team. Happy to be a patient. Paul and the Doc are top tier professionals.

i would go anywhere else but here, dr Nebecker seemed fine and nice, and thats where it ended for me, the staff must not know what there doing, sent my info to another dr i was not even supposed to see, so where or who else do they send are personal info to!!! called friday and talked to office was going to call the office they sent my stuff to, never heard back friday, or today so called, after 40 minutes on the phone on hold called the appointment and they informed me i would have to call back and wit on hold again for god... read more
