Dr. Nebeker and rest of the doctors are great!
I had a great impression during my first few visits—the office is clean, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The support team consistently makes you feel comfortable. However, at my most recent appointment, as soon as the provider walked in the room, I didn’t feel like the provider felt that my medical concern was taken seriously. The interaction felt rushed, and I left feeling like my visit may have been viewed as unnecessary. That was disappointing, especially when I was seeking clarity and care.”
Good luck to anyone stuck with this practice. The Dr. seems ok. It is the set up they use or patient/office communication. They use a third party to answer and you cannot get through to speak to anyone , just through their portal with the robots. I am firing them today.
I made an appointment for a yearly wellness exam which is no cost to the patient. Dr. Nebeker felt the need to do unauthorized procedures that I was not aware of would be covered now I have received a bill for a doctor visit that should have cost me nothing
