Double check your paperwork after you sign, the lady finance manager was fired for forging a signature at a different LaFontaine store and now she works here. Not a good look for LaFontaine as a company
I got in quickly the morning after I called and had the car there by 7:30. Service rep was great. Although they diagnosed the problem quickly and called to tell me what it was, I had to wait over an hour to get the car ( nothing needed to be repaired or replaced) because the service tech went to a late lunch without performing the 20 second video of the problem. Yes, I would return, but will make sure they know that this kind of delay was unnecessary.
I was greeted very friendly, everything was very organized and not chaotic. I was told it would take about an hour and was completed in 45 mi. Highly recommend them!
I Love the people at LaFontaine Ford. Everyone has been super nice from sales to finance to service and everyone in between. I purchased my Ford Maverick there close to 2 months ago. The whole process went very smoothly and I am thrilled about my truck and the value I received from the purchase. I highly recommend the dealership and the value they bring to the Ford name. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I made an appointment for 10:30, so I figured my car would go in at 10:30. We came in to run diagnostic and remove the codes from our car. Word for word Jessica told me that for 2 hours it would be 440$ but if it was only an hour it would be 222$. I called at 1:11 and the told me they just got to my car, I got a text message at 1:58 saying they got done with my car.
