Korrey knows his cars!
Was nice being able to text message as that was a lot faster sometimes and I could respond quicker. They have provided us great service at two Ford locations now, the one on Pennsylvania and the truck center on Cedar.
We have our 1st time Class C and couldn't find a local Ford dealer to address a recall issue. Reached out to LaFontaine as a last try & Jordan immediately confirmed they could handle the work. Jordan was exceptional the entire time taking care & showing an actual interest in responding to a few questions I had. His coworker, Ray, also chimed in to help. The recall was completed as well as the oil change in a timely manner. So happy to have come across Jordan & Ray. We'll definitely be bringing our rig back to LaFontaine Fo... read more
Great experience buying a used F-150 Lightning from out of state. Ashton was responsive and got me everything I needed, and Alyssa in Finance made the paperwork simple and secure. They picked me up at the airport, had the truck ready, and I was on the road after a few signatures. They handled the rest. Highly recommend!
