We had a windshield replaced in our hummer the technician Andrew L Came to our house and performed the services flawlessly. He was on time friendly I would highly recommend if you need a window replaced at the best price to call LafontaineFord Lansing.
Uly was helpful in getting a good service package for my 100k mile service appointment and went out of his way to find the cheapest way to fix an air vent part on my 2024 expedition. I would have given them 5 stars but they couldn't tell me what the price of the service was going to be with the spark plug parts included which doesn't make sense to me. They knew it needed 6 spark plugs so it seems like that should be an cost they should be able to estimate. Also the technician inspection video was not really an inspection vid... read more

Courtney Munce helped me get my 3rd car (White in photo) and even helped me get the repair needed on the car.. She is wonderful in communications with texting since I can not hear on phones. Definitely recommend anyone to see her for their next car. I will go there again for the next car as I have not been disappointed with my purchases.. For those who are deaf/ cannot hear on phones..
