Dr. Kieval inspires confidence immediately. He explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand, responded to questions with respect and interest. I am writing this the day after surgery and am without pain. My sight has already improved in one eye. He at no point seemed rushed or treated me like a number in the long line of patients he does this surgery with every day.
The Lexington Eye practice is very well managed: timely; moves patients along smoothly; techs are thorough and competent; Dr. Kieval listens well, encourages questions, provides thorough feedback and answers.
I had laser assisted cataract surgery with Dr. Kieval with excellent results. He is a caring physician with great technical and people skills. I highly recommend him!
A real Doctor, not part of a money making factory system.He speaks in terms one can understand and takes time to answer questions throughly. Very comfortable experience.
