Entire staff was welcoming and knew what they were doing. Removed cyst from my posterior neck. HIghly recommend this practice.
Dr Bingham has always been friendly and listens to your needs and wants. His staff are friendly and helpful too. Any negatives I have seen are for bogus reasons (masks really?). Real science here not the bs government sponsored...A good friendly place.
Knowledgeable and very friendly staff for both of my annual visits and while stopping in to pay a bill. Not rushed through the visit and Drs. Jeremy and Ryan Bingham spent plenty of time both listening and talking to make sure I understood processes and expected results. A very friendly front office that genuinely had me feeling like an extended family member.
i have been seeing Dr Bingham for 8+ years now, great service, friendly staff, very comfortable with DRs and staff. recommended to friends and family, everyone is happy.
Dr Bingham will charge you for a deductible for every visit, even follow up ones. While a reasonable Dermatologist , I will never visit the office again as financially they are a rip off and there are too many competent dermatologists to put up with their billing practices.
We are in a pandemic. There is a mask mandate in Mesa. I walked into the office, saw that the 3 ladies behind the counter were not wearing masks or were wearing them incorrectly. I asked the receptionist who greeted me to wear her mask. Lightening shot from her eyes and she lifted her mask. I asked, "Why the look?" She removed her mask and replied, "I don't believe we should be required to give up our rights...." I told her I would not be staying. This is a zero star rating.
My experience with Dr. Bingham was fine, but my experience with his office staff was not. When I feel uncomfortable in an office I try to avoid it and so that that is the recommendation I would give. The service I received was definitely not worth being treated poorly.
