After waiting 3 months for my followup and calling multiple times about some issues of which they office and doctor blew me off, my appointment got cancelled. I don't care what the reason was, there should have been backup. I should send them a bill for wasting my time. Doctor's think it is easy to schedule appointments so they don't clash and then on the appointment day with a few hours warning, that's all she wrote. The office should be ashamed. Outstanding in every way! After a fractured hip surgery, my wife spent eight days at Memorial Rehab with some of the most professional healthcare workers we have ever seen. The physical therapists and occupational therapists were top-notch. The doctor in charge Jeremy Jacobs has a tremendous bedside manner, a good sense of humor, and the willingness to help his patients meet their goals. This was an unbelievably productive experience. We highly recommend them.
