Dr. Janssen and all his Pa's and NP's are great! He has a great staff, everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. I'm always able to get an appointment when needed. I would definitely recommend coming to this office!
I cant ever get the appt. with Dr. Janssen. It is usually NP or PA that they will try to schedule me with. S/he (NP or PA)is with Dr. Janseen for a year or less. I never get to see the same physician. I think that they don't listen well enough. They start talking before you stop explaining yourself. Dr. Janseen doesn't follow up as a 2nd opinion. Because of that reason I will be chancing my primary care.
He is a good physician demonstrating good beside manners, interest in patient relation, provides good health education to patients, and spends an appropriate amount of time dialoguing with the patient. He also consistently brings excellent physician assistants such as Meghan and Jaimie. He needs a better scheduling and billing systems. Some of his front desk staff could use training in customer service. He should also pay attention to the need for cleanliness in his offices.
