They are the absolute worst. Do yourself a huge favor and take your money elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and just got notice that I'm getting kicked to the curb for a couple not-at-fault claims over the years. And they gave me all of about 2 weeks notice during the holidays. They are rude, unhelpful and far too expensive for this kind of grossly disloyal service to their longstanding customers.
