Never open when they say they are. Multiple occasions now, have gone in to pick up an item or a laybuy and they Are closed even though it's within their operating hours. Never a sign on the door. They close early, sometimes don't open at all. For the price you pay, would think they'd be a bit more business savvy.
They were very helpful and my rng was resized very quickly and fit very well, it was do lovely and clean and sparkling too
Absolutely terrible service ,brought my brand new Pandora bracelet in with over 5 charms and the lady drops it straight on the floor , then says she we'll replace them all ,then the Karen older lady out the back comes out n says nah sorry we can't do anything , don't waste your time there go to a propper jeweller with propper customer service , if there was a minus star button I'd push it for these jokes
