I feel the many years of my family going to Healthy Life I have always received sub par treatment with the exception of Dr. Monroe. My son had an appointment with Mr Ficken and I was extremely impressed! My son suffered a concussion and Mr Ficken was extremely knowledgeable; detailed on our expectations of recovery; and took a personal interest in my 17 year old. Jeremy has been taking care of me since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 8 years ago. I can’t even begin to explain how well he has taken care of me and helped get my A1C to a managed healthy level. He’s always been courteous and understanding with any health problems I’ve had. He also does not shy away from giving me the hard truths when I slip on my diet or over exert myself. I can’t recommend him enough.

I’ve never left a doctor review before, but I hope this prevents at least one person from receiving the same horrible medical treatment that I did. He loudly discussed my medical history in the hallway (which is not only embarrassing but illegal) and called me stupid for using a telehealth service. Then, within thirty seconds of entering the room, he (incorrectly) diagnosed me and acted inconvenienced when I asked questions.
