I want to thank you personally for making me so comfortable during my catheterization procedure last Friday on Valentine's Day You and your staff we're absolutely the most caring kind and genuine staff anyone could ever ask for. I have dreaded all my life thinking that I might one day have to have a procedure in the hospital. You and your great staff made me feel so comfortable that I can't even thank you enough.
