The doctor is good, but their billing department is just ridiculously horrible! I've received a few statements from them and none of them is correct. They don't do the math by adding column total, if you do the math and add up the total charges and payments, you won't get the total balance they said you owe them. I tried to explain the math to them but they just don't understand at all!!! They didn't send claim to my insurance company, they send my balance to collector instead! Dr. Edwards is the best. I had a procedure done by him which went very well. Dr. Edwards is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. His staff are kind and caring and his facility is clean and welcoming. I had a great visit and I highly recommend him.
Both my teens had their wisdom teeth removed with Doctor Jeremy Edwards. Very good doctor. Very communicative. Great chair side manner.
