Dr. Loy was prompt at seeing me as a new patient and made me feel at ease during the consultation. He was thorough for the exam and made sure to ask how I was periodically as I expressed in past appointments I've had bouts of emotional set backs when doctors have pressured me to make decisions faster than I was comfortable with.
