I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 and arrived on time. Unfortunately, I was kept waiting in the lobby until 11:20 without any communication or updates from the staff. During this time, I noticed other patients who arrived after me being called in ahead of my appointment. This was both frustrating and disappointing, especially since I rearranged my own client schedule to be there. Truly, one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the minute you walk in until you leave is a great experience. The only thing that can make this practice any better if they had Pappy Van Winkle in the waiting room. Dr. Elliott and his entire staff is top-notch!
I was very pleased. They got me in last minute and handled everything during my visit. Everyone is ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful! They do excellent work!
