This doctor I went in yesterday with my wife who’s been seeing him for over 10 years he literally does not take any notes and he didn’t even remember the medication’s that she’s been on over 10 years. She needed to repeat to him and he needed to write down on a list, but it doesn’t end there. He prescribed her medication for pain, which was a Butrans patch… After she found out, she needed a prior authorization the doctor at that point would not fill the prescription at the pharmacy and told them not to fill it.
