My appointment was at 9:00 AM, but I wasn’t seen until 10:15. The staff was extremely rude from the moment I arrived. I came in for a fractured toe and even brought my ER X-rays, but when the doctor finally came in (without even introducing himself), he told me he “couldn’t see anything” and that the ER must have misdiagnosed me. He then insisted I pay $70 out of pocket for another X-ray.
