Very disappointed. No responsibility to call his patient back even after request. Had a nurse call back who spoke without checking facts.
Dr. Boyd was generous to take my 88 year old father as a patient who was suffering from CHF. He was kind, caring and polite to him and my family. My father eventually passed from his illness but I know 💯 that Dr. Boyd and his staff did absolutely everything anyone could do. They made my father feel comfortable with every visit. Thank you all so much for the care and attention you gave to him and us. Forever grateful.
I gave a 5 star review with my other account but I'm doing it again cuz Dr. Boyd is my favorite.
