Dr. Jermey Rothfeld was so very kind to me when I was seen In the E.R at the North Western Grayslake campus. I came in with a very bad sore throat & some COVID-19 symptoms, & he was so understanding and tactful. A great bed side manner really does matter when you’re not feeling well. You can tell just by the way Dr. Rothfeld carries himself that he genuinely cares for his patient’s. May The Lord Continue Blessing this sweet man and the whole team over at Grayslake.
