A few years ago I had a serious accident where a drone cut my fingers badly. As someone who types every day, this was extremely scary for me. To make matters worse, a friend of mine had recently cut her finger and went to two different hospitals, and both did a poor job stitching it. Dr. Jermey Rothfeld was so very kind to me when I was seen In the E.R at the North Western Grayslake campus. I came in with a very bad sore throat & some COVID-19 symptoms, & he was so understanding and tactful. A great bed side manner really does matter when you’re not feeling well. You can tell just by the way Dr. Rothfeld carries himself that he genuinely cares for his patient’s. May The Lord Continue Blessing this sweet man and the whole team over at Grayslake.
