I contacted you guys initially regarding some rather bland French Roast Coffee I recently requested an exchange. The orig bag was completely new & sealed. I got a response from Katy Zipper who said she wouldn't do the exchange. Sorry but this is not right. I live like 5 min from you guys. How about if I bring you the bag, I just want another lb of coffee is all. That's more than fair
