We arrived at the location at 12:15 PM, but they opened at 12:00 PM. We were informed that the machines for making the Italian ice were not ready yet and were asked to come back in thirty minutes. This is the second time this has occurred, and it’s evident that the staff did not properly prepare for opening. It’s disappointing that an Italian ice shop doesn't have its main product ready when customers arrive. I have never encountered this issue at the other location. Come on! I will not be returning to this location!
Great place for a frozen treat. I come here from auburn just for strawberry gelati's and they're worth every mile!
Very friendly staff! Quick service! Loved the selections and range of sizes to choose from! Best Italian ice I’ve tried. The added ice cream and sprinkles took it to another level!
Delicious treats! It was our first time and we enjoyed all the flavors we ordered. Staff was friendly.
