Never had Italian ice before. It was very good. Ice cream is still #1 but I suggest checking this place out.
Ordered spicy mango, but the ice-cream was melted and no chamoy at all. When I asked the server he said they are out of it. If so, why I was not notified when I ordered? Bad customer service!!!
02/19/25 6:47pm. I was robbed by the cashier. I’ve asked for three Italian ice and the young lady at the register added 20% tip without my authorization! Now I see why she was scared when I asked for my ticket. That’s unethical and unacceptable. When I say why you put 20% tip on my card without even ask she said I can give you anything else if you want!!! That’s even worse… owner please be aware on the people who works in your business. A bit pricey but the service is good and it's clean. They have indoor and outdoor seating. My kids like it.
