We have gone here a lot since they opened. Typically not too bad of service… Tried to go tonight and there were no adults working just kids.. some were trying to figure out how to make the orders…. And then they were out of so many things only one of us in our car full got anything… we had family come over too but no luck for them either…
Staff doesn’t even greet you when you’re in front on them at the register. Just a blank stare. I said “you’re not even going to say hello?” And walked out.
Love Jeremiah's, they have excellent treats! However, I just cannot with the drive-thru... I waited 10 minutes and ended up leaving frustrated today. Usually they'll be a little slow but that's just unacceptable and I don't really want to give them any more business until that's fixed. Makes the customers feel like they don't care about your business anyway when this continues to be an issue, it's a sad day.
