Love this place but they only have 1 person working most times and it takes a while. Not fair to the employee working or customers waiting 20 minutes in line.
We LOVE Jeremiah’s Ice. Their treats are always well made and delicious. We have also found the staff to always be friendly. However, the service time to the drive thru is not acceptable. Tonight we ended up leaving after waiting several minutes. This is the THIRD time we have had this issue. One evening we ended up parking since we were not attended to in the drive through. I recently visited the Rock Creek location. As a franchisee myself, I wanted to compliment Angie and her team, for making it Pleasant even with 4 kids. With 4 children it can get a bit wild but they took care of us like we were family. Always a pleasure to visit another location and find it to be an excellent experience. Thank you!
Delicious Ice cream, great sizes and prices! Variety of flavors to choose from with a great service! I asked for the small cone and got a delicious perfect picture one! Great job guys! The place is my family's favorite!!! They even have drive-thru, enjoy!!!
