Went in the order on January 19th 2026. The girl behind the counter, was not able to get her name, but she was wearing a blue hoodie, bandana, and has glasses. She was talking with her friend and she asked if I was placing an order to which I replied yes. She rolled her eyes and huffed saying okay with attitude. Not very good customer service. Usually have had great customer service, hopefully this is addressed. 😔
First time coming here with my family . Can truly say, very delicious ice cream . Definitely will come back again
Visited last week and will be coming again this week! The staff is always so accommodating when helping me figure out what I want to order! Looking forward to trying a cake soon 🐸 best treat place in Lakeland!
HORRIBLE SERVICE WHENEVER THE TWO DARK HAIRED GIRLS. The way they treat people is so bad, I had to say something. If you can’t smile don’t work there, Kids are the future and these two girls treat them so mean.. franchise manager will just ignore your emails phone calls.
