this establishment had a girl taking orders in 100 degree weather, we all know how hot it’s been lately and there have been multiple heat warnings, if this is how this place is run, i’ll stop spending my money here. it’s cruel, i hope it doesn’t happen again.

We arrived at 12:20 p.m., even though the posted opening time was 12:00 p.m., and the doors were still locked. Shortly afterward, an employee arrived and informed us they would not be opening for another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. We were in the area about 1.5 hours from home and drove in the opposite direction specifically to visit Jeremiah's before heading back, so it was disappointing to arrive during posted business hours and find the store still closed.

The ice cream is great, especially the soft serve. Customer service is awesome. However, I have been there about five times and every time I have walked in, there has been a strong strong smell of bleach. Apparently, when they are cleaning or mopping, they are using way too much bleach. This is really not healthy for those with respiratory issues. I wish they would lighten up on the bleach so that it does not cause me breathing problems while I am inside. When I go in, I try to order as quickly as possible so that I can leav... read more
