I recently visited Jeremiah’s Italian Ice with a few of my co-workers, all of us police officers with the Satellite Beach Police Department, and had a pretty disappointing experience with one of the employees, Kenna/Makenna. We were simply trying to decide what we wanted to order, and instead of being patient or helpful, she came across as very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience for taking a minute to choose. They make mouth-watering ice-cream. Especially Italian ice cream (not Gelato). They offered the list that show which Italian ice cream that are non-dairy. I ordered coconut and piña colada. It's beyond delicious!
It was very nice
I love the gelatti but it's expensive and the staff is mostly friendly but there are a few that are rude and act annoyed that you would dare force them to work.I will still go occasionally but not often and I won't recommend you can form your own opinion on experience
