Managers have no idea what they are doing especially Brianna. They text the wrong phone number and don’t try any other means of communication and then fire when no one responds. They can’t spell a simple name right in their app. They never reach out to you like they say you always have to reach out to them.
Went tonight with my daughter. Was greeted immediately by a young lady that offered her samples and was available for help of needed. That was cool!

Super cool vibe, great service, tasty ice cream with lots of options
The ice cream was delicious, but what truly stood out was the kindness and care from the staff. They were attentive and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s allergies were taken seriously. They double-checked everything, offered safe options, and made her feel included instead of singled out. We left with happy hearts (and full bellies). We’ll definitely be back!
